The guy I seen at the start was brilliant and gave me the best advise and check up went smooth. The lady who took my bloods was lovely, but failed 3 times to take blood, and when she finally got it, dropped it on the floor.

Blood could of been taken a lot better.

From the minute I walked in those women made me feel so comfortable and everything was explained so well. My visit wasn’t for a pretty reason and I felt SO looked after!!!!!
